What hardware do I need?
An iPad and an internet connection at the counter. The register runs in the browser as an installable app, so there's nothing to maintain and updates arrive automatically.
What does the $2,000 setup actually cover?
Real provisioning work, done for you: migrating your existing records, configuring the live pricing feeds, and building your payout ceilings and margin rules into the register so it enforces your numbers from day one, not generic defaults.
Do I need the course to use the app?
No. Each stands alone. The course teaches the operating method and works for shops on any software. The app enforces pricing discipline whether or not you've taken the course. They're simply built to work best together, which is why the bundle exists.
Why only one shop per market area?
Founding operators get hands-on onboarding and a pricing edge over nearby competitors. Both of those break if we sign your competitor across town. So we don't. First shop in a market area holds it.
How does the guarantee work?
Simple terms: run your buying through the register for your first 60 days. If the margin discipline hasn't covered your setup fee, we refund the setup fee in full and your subscription runs free for another 60 days while we fix what's not working. We only win if your counter does.
When does my subscription start billing?
When your register is live at your counter, not when you sign. Setup and provisioning happen first, on us to schedule promptly; your monthly clock starts the day you can actually run deals through it.
Why isn't this cheaper?
Because it's priced against what it protects. One mispriced deal on a single gold coin can cost more than a month of the software, and a year of loose premiums at real buy volume costs far more than the setup fee. Founding operators are also onboarded personally, and personal doesn't come cheap. The guarantee exists so the price is our risk, not yours.
Can't I just do this with a spreadsheet?
